At Go Up, we believe that making web design, web marketing and web strategy ethical goes far beyond simply using honest, accountable practices. It also means taking care of the planet we live on.
It is difficult for a business to completely eliminate its carbon footprint, but at Go Up we try.
At the end of each financial year we donate 10% of all of our business profits to various charities and non-for-profit do-gooder institutions. We also build websites for charities, offering massive discounts, ranging from 20% to completely free.
We endeavour to plant enough trees in the Amazon Rainforest to try and offset over twice our yearly carbon emissions, and commit ourselves to keeping these emissions to a minimum in the first place!
We strive to make ethical web design and ethical inbound marketing services available to all.

The Tumaini School
www.tumainitrust.orgThe Tumaini School is a Kenyan school for HIV positive orphans, many of whom have younger siblings to care for. The work that they do is remarkable, heartbreaking and life changing. The school provides young men and women with a place to live, an education, medicine, food, support and the love of the closest thing that they have to family. Every penny donated goes directly towards giving these young people a future brighter than their past.
The Art of Meditation
www.theartofmeditation.orgThe Art of Meditation is a non-for-profit organisation that teaches meditation to anyone wishing to learn. Their services are completely free- they provide full bed, board and teaching for 2 day to 10-day retreats, relying solely on the optional donations of participants and donors.
It is an organisation that has drastically improved the lives of a huge number of people.
