SEO + AI SEO case study
Lawhive
An award-finalist SEO and AI SEO campaign: 173% more organic traffic according to Ahrefs and 135% more top-20 rankings
The brief
Legal help should start with the problem.
Lawhive turned complex legal questions into a clearer path to help. We reshaped service pages around the problems people actually search for, made fees and online support easier to understand, and connected those answers with the right legal expertise. The campaign became a finalist at the UK Search Awards.

At its high point during our campaign, Ahrefs estimated 54,554 monthly organic visits, up 173% from 19,974. Keywords ranking in the top 20 grew 135%, from 7,518 to 17,632. Lawhive’s AI visibility also grew across assistants including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, extending its reach as people explore legal support.
The work
How we did it
We made legal help easier to find on the site, then used digital PR to put Lawhive’s lawyers in the national conversations where their answers mattered.
Make the service pages useful
Our SEO work clarified legal service-page language around the issue to solve, scope of help, online access and fee expectations.
Make the offer easier to interpret
For AI SEO, we strengthened headings, related service links, schema markup and structured data so search and AI systems can connect a general question to relevant legal support.
Reach readers elsewhere
Legal commentary appeared in consumer press on issues people encounter in daily life, giving the brand exposure beyond legal directories.
