Exciting opportunity for a paid media expert to become a crucial, leading figure in a team that we have big plans for. We’ve always been famous for our SEO. Now we want to be famous for our paid media.

The role

This is Go Up’s first ever role dedicated to paid media. You will be taking over the management of campaigns that currently span Google Ads, as well as paid social.

In this role you’ll be given a lot of autonomy, and will be expected to assist the senior team in writing pitches and proposals for new paid business both from amongst our existing SEO clients and new clients.

You will be given the time and budget to build a dedicated department around you. This will involve the recruitment and training of interns, graduates and execs.

Experience

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of hands-on agency experience. The clients you’ve worked on will have varied in size and budget, and you will have roughly equal experience in paid search and paid social.

You will also have helped to create and win pitches, deliver reports to clients, and have been client-facing.

We will also consider outstanding candidates who only have client-side experience.

We don’t expect much by way of team management experience, but we need you to be able to demonstrate the ability and desire to step into such a role.
