Map the search journey
We identified the questions people asked about flexible payments and built a content plan around the terms that mattered to Zilch.
The brief
Zilch asked Go Up to map search demand and produce content for its buy now, pay later offering. When its business model evolved, the content needed a new structure that matched the areas Zilch wanted to grow.
Our work spanned just over three years. We planned the search journey, then repurposed and migrated important content as Zilch’s focus changed.
The work
The work connected search intent to Zilch’s products, then kept that content useful as the business moved into new areas.
We identified the questions people asked about flexible payments and built a content plan around the terms that mattered to Zilch.
We helped create pages that explained the offering clearly and gave searchers a route from research to the right product information.
As Zilch’s model changed, we repurposed and migrated key content so existing search value could support its new focus.
The results
At campaign start, Ahrefs counted 172 keywords on the first page, including 80 in the top three. By campaign end, those counts had risen to 3,200 and 1,695: increases of 1,760% and 2,019%. Estimated monthly organic traffic also rose 17.8% over the final 12 months of the campaign.
The first-page ranking count rose from 172 to 3,200 during the campaign. At the end, more than half of those rankings were in Google’s top three.
The mapping, production and migration work gave Zilch a way to carry useful search content into its next stage of growth.
Ahrefs figures cover zilch.com and its subdomains across all locations. Ranking growth compares campaign start with campaign end; estimated traffic growth compares the final 12 months. The charts show a broader historical trend that begins before our work. Ahrefs estimates are directional rather than analytics sessions.
